Aktuell ist es nicht möglich Nachunternehmer über die Plantafel zu verplanen.Da wir sehr viel mit NU arbeiten, wäre diese Funktion jedoch sehr wichtig für uns.Aktuell machen wir es so, dass wir jeden NU nochmal als Team anlegen und dann das Team verplanen. Jedoch sieht man in APP unter Planung jedoch nicht den Namen des Teams, also indirekt auch nicht den Namen des Nachunternehmers, welcher mit verplant ist.Daher wäre es gut, wenn Nachunternehmer verplant werden könnten und das auch in der APP angezeigt würde. An dieser Stelle wäre es dann noch gut, wenn man eine Personenzahl eingeben könnte, damit der Monteur vor Ort auch weiß, wie viele Mitarbeiter des Nachunternehmers erscheinen sollen. Ebenfalls sollte es hier auch ein Bemerkungsfeld geben.

Für die Mitarbeiter ist es sehr verwirrend, dass es zwischen den APPs keine Synchronisierung gibt, bzw. auch keine Rücksynchronisierung vom Office zu den Apps.Ruft z. B. ein Monteur an und lässt seine Zeiten korrigieren, sieht er dies nicht in der APP und ist verunsichert, ob die Änderungen durchgeführt wurden. Wir sehen es daher als unbedingt notwendig an, dass die APPs und das Office durchgehend synchronisiert werden. Dies könnte ja bspw. auch eine optionale Funktion sein, welche in der Rollenverwaltung einstellbar sein könnte.Oft kommt auch die Frage danach, ob man sich am Handy anmelden und in der Weberfassung abmelden kann. Da keine Synchronisierung der Apps durchgeführt wird, ist dies leider nicht möglich. Zudem wäre es bspw. angenehmer z. B. Fotos und Notizen, die per Handy-APP gemacht wurden, in der Weberfassung überarbeiten zu können. Die Überarbeitungen sollten dann auch zurücksynchronisiert werden.

In der Planung werden unter Projektansicht auf der linken Seite immer alle Mitarbeiter angezeigt die für die Zeiterfassung zur Verfügung stehen. Das ist bei 200 Büromitarbeitern die nie zur Planung stehen und 250 Bauarbeitern die geplant werden sollen sehr unübersichtlich. Die schnelle Planung von Baustellen in der Projektansicht ist viel effizienter in der Übersicht für einzelne Mitarbeiter. Jede Ansicht hat ihre Berechtigung aber für die Mitarbeiterplanung selber ist die Projektansicht in der Planung für uns nicht nutzbar da alle Mitarbeiter auf der linken Seite in der Auswahl erscheinen. Es wäre gut, wenn man in den Stammdaten einen Haken setzen könnte, ob der Mitarbeiter in der Disposition angezeigt und berücksichtig werden soll oder nicht. Das würde die Liste aufräumen und man hätte nur die Mitarbeiter die man auch wirklich planen möchte. Filter nach Abteilung und dergleichen sind dann auch wieder übersichtlicher zusetzen.

W planowaniu, w widoku projektu po lewej stronie zawsze wyświetleni są wszyscy pracownicy dostępni do rejestracji czasu pracy. W przypadku 200 pracowników biurowych, którzy nigdy nie są planowani, i 250 pracowników budowlanych, którzy mają być planowani, jest to bardzo nieprzejrzyste. W poprzednim projekcie było lepiej!Grafika na dole z godzinami nie jest potrzebna normalnie pracującemu pracownikowi!Górne pola z obliczeniami sumy również nie są ważne, można je usunąć!

Gibt es da evtl. eine Möglichkeit, dass die App den Mitarbeiter aktiv am Abend an das Erfassen erinnert evtl. als Popup Nachricht?

W tej chwili ręczne rejestrowanie czasu pracy i dodatków, a nawet ewentualne przeliczanie ich wstecz, gdy pracownik zda sobie z tego sprawę dopiero po otrzymaniu rozliczenia wynagrodzenia, wiąże się ze znacznym dodatkowym nakładem pracy.
