Changing roles

It would be great if you could switch roles in the system. Combining multiple roles results in incorrect permissions.

By switching roles, you could perform the necessary tasks in your respective role.

For example, a construction manager acts as a construction manager in one view to approve the hours for their assigned projects, but by switching roles, they would be able to control all projects.
