Options for retroactive recording of allowances
Good day, it would be a significant relief for our staff if these employees could book their allowances retroactively. Since we do not allow retroactive booking of times, this automatically includes retroactive booking of allowances. This results in an increased workload for our company. We hope that 123erfasst will be able to program this fairly simple change in a timely manner. Thank you in advance.

monthly calendar
When I open the monthly calendar, a field appears showing vacation and time accounts. It is possible to hide this field. We often have a lot of allowances and absences, which I cannot see at a glance because I have to scroll down due to this field, making it difficult to check the monthly calendar.

It should be possible to assign email notifications for incoming applications to different recipients. It is unacceptable for department heads or even senior management to be inundated with emails even though they are not responsible for the application in question.

It would be desirable if the filter settings could be saved under the Control category. Every time, you have to set them again, e.g., all/checked yes/checked no. Similarly, when viewing staff as an administrator, the sub-elements have to be displayed again each time. This is quite annoying.

Automatically assign zones to construction sites
It would be good if the construction site could be automatically assigned to the appropriate zone. The geodata is available, after all. So it should be possible to automatically assign the projects based on the data and the distance to the depot, right?

Granular editing rights for projects
It should be possible to restrict permissions for certain fields in projects. For example, a construction manager should be able to add employees for 123 and 123quality, but should not be allowed to adjust the status of the project or the radius.

In the detailed view, the old version showed the total hours per employee on the respective day, which was very helpful for me. Unfortunately, this option is not available in the new version in the "Configure columns" section.

It would be great if you could switch roles in the system. Combining multiple roles results in incorrect permissions. By switching roles, you could perform the necessary tasks in your respective role. For example, a construction manager acts as a construction manager in one view to approve the hours for their assigned projects, but by switching roles, they would be able to control all projects.

You have the option of storing cost centers. These are usually project-related. However, if you set up a general equipment cost center, for example, it cannot be evaluated directly. Or am I just not finding it?

I already left a comment about editing the dashboard. However, I haven't received any feedback yet. It would be nice and probably useful if you could not only move the tiles, but also remove them or add new ones. For example, our workshop manager does not need to see the dashboard with the employees. Instead, it would be useful to have a direct overview of the next maintenance appointments. Or where the devices are booked, etc. So basically like the current dashboard, but for devices.

I urgently need to know the number of vacation days requested when a vacation request is submitted to the site manager by a blue-collar employee in order to make a decision. Remaining vacation days minus requested vacation days = vacation still available > the site manager wants to be able to make this decision quickly. Calculating this himself is inconvenient and takes too long, as he also has to check whether weekends or public holidays are included in the period. It would also make sense to include this figure in the Personnel > "Requests" table.

Export without total hours
Unlike before, when exporting working hours to Excel, only the start and end times appear, but not the total number of hours. I would also like to be able to select multiple rows and export only those. However, this only works if nothing is selected. Thank you very much!
