Missing time-wage account due to the new design

Due to the new design, our employees’ work time accounts are missing and are displayed as 0 hours. After consulting with 123erfasst support, we received the following response:

“Thank you very much for your feedback. We understand your concern and appreciate that you expect to be able to continue using your existing rules unchanged even after the design update.

However, there is currently no automatic conversion available for transferring the ruleset. The necessary adjustments must therefore be made manually. If you would like our assistance with this, we offer this as a paid service.

You are welcome to submit your request for automatic transfer of existing rule sets as a post in our feedback forum.”

123erfasst is changing its design, and now we’re expected to pay for a fee-based service as well
