Allowances / cost types

Allowances awarded by the system (set of rules) should also be visible in the recording data and accordingly in the control. As the allocation is often dependent on many factors, this must be checked by the line manager.
As things stand at present, this is only possible via the monthly calendar. However, supervisors do not and should not be able to change the data here.
