Suggested improvements to the graphical display of the account overview

Dear 123erfasst team,

I regularly use your account overview as a central tool for personnel and deployment planning.

Currently, a "+" is displayed first for all working time accounts, and only negative balances are followed by a "-". Unfortunately, this display is not ideal for quick visual recording.

My suggestion for improvement:
- Color coding of the balances (e.g. green for positive values, red for negative values)
- Bar charts or colored bars for better visual differentiation
- Goal: Recognize at a glance which accounts are in the negative range

This would significantly improve clarity and speed of response, especially when planning with many employees.
