Hello everyone,
We regularly reach the limits of the form function in 123erfasst.
Specifically:
Creating forms is very cumbersome and confusing. Many providers offer drag-and-drop interfaces or even AI-supported assistance—there, creation often takes only a few minutes, while we invest hours in 123.
Text fields that can only be inserted indirectly often do not appear correctly in the PDF, which is problematic in cases such as notices of concern, approvals, or signatures.
Test runs show that the current options make the forms practically unusable for us.
Since 123erfasst usually only implements changes if a customer bears the development costs, we would like to check the following:
Are there other companies here that would also be interested in improving the form function?
If so, we could try to initiate a development together and share the costs.
We would also like to hear about your experiences:
Does anyone use a practical solution within 123erfasst?
Is there any experience with external tools that can be integrated without completely abandoning the desire for an "all-under-one-roof" solution?
Would there be fundamental interest in a joint development?
Thank you very much for your feedback!
