Employee works Tue, Wed, Thu - full day
Fri - half day = corresponds to 3.5 vacation days per calendar week. Employee requests 3 weeks vacation. In the current vacation calculation, Monday is also calculated as a vacation day although the working time is stored with 0 planned hours. If there are no planned hours on a weekday, no vacation calculation should take place
