Vacation entitlement according to the collective agreement for the construction industry

The software should enable data to be entered in accordance with the collective agreement for the main construction trade.

It should be possible to create standing orders in accordance with the collective agreement for the main construction industry. Accrued working hours, days of absence and unpaid leave must be taken into account by the software. The distinction between employees and severely disabled employees must also be taken into account, as different vacation entitlements apply.

This is currently not possible.
This results in incorrect leave entitlements that have to be laboriously maintained for each employee.
Please ensure that the correct mapping according to the main construction industry pay scale is possible.
