Leave entitlement in the master data or change in the account movements

At the moment it is very stupidly regulated with the vacation entitlement, if an employee is entitled to additional vacation in the current year, e.g. due to the acquisition of a severe disability or length of service, this can only be "added" in the account movement. However, as there is no column for comments in the account movements and it is also not clear from the stored master data where, for example, an additional day of leave comes from, this can lead to confusion. In any case, we have now had a few cases where the leave account was incorrect and that was the reason.
It should therefore either be possible to make an urgent comment in the account movements or it should be better regulated that the leave entitlement can also be changed within the year in the master data.
