Ticket system for workshop orders

An addition to 123fleet would be if defective devices could be assigned a status and a corresponding workshop order / ticket could be created. The associated repair costs can then be assigned to the device / construction site and calculated.
The same applies to recurring maintenance tasks, ideally with stored operating hours per machine.
