Tickets with priority

One way to prioritize the tickets.
It often happens that certain points in our ticket reports are more important than others.
A way to sort the ticket report by importance would be very helpful.
E.G. :
Ticket Id 9 Prio 1 = important
Ticket Id 16 Prio 2 = less important
.
.
.
.
.
Tickets without priority simply line up behind them.
