In our opinion, the activities should not be linked to the individual construction sites, but should be person-related. (Either directly via the person, via the role or via the personnel type)

In our company, activities are assigned to the people who carry them out.

For example, the project manager performs activity A and the fitter performs activity B.

However, due to the current structure in which activities are assigned to construction sites, the fitter also has activity A to choose from and the project manager activity B. This often leads to incorrect entries, which could be avoided by assigning the activities to the persons.
