Skills filter in planning - AND link

In planning, we want to assign people according to their abilities (= skills). The function is generally available,
however, the filter function appears to be set to OR for several filter criteria.

Example:
2 employees have skill certificate X and Y
4 employees have skill certificate X
5 employees have the skill certificate Y

If I filter by certificate X only, the 6 employees mentioned above are displayed (all those who have certificate X).
If I filter by certificate X and Y, the complete 11 employees mentioned above are displayed, although only 2 of them meet the
filter criteria (Skill X AND Skill Y).

I would like a button that allows me to display only the employees who have skill X AND skill Y - so that in the above example only the 2 employees who actually have both skills are displayed.
