Personnel times: Do not mark GPS-independent activities with a red exclamation mark

GPS-independent activities should not be marked with the red exclamation mark in the personnel times.
For example, loading activity or travel time is assigned to the construction site, but the employee loads at the warehouse.
A neutral color would be better, e.g. yellow = GPS-independent.
