Optimization of leave requests: Notification of responsible persons and more precise dashboard view

For vacation requests, it should be possible to select a responsible person. This person should then preferably be notified by email. In addition, the dashboard should only display leave requests for which you are entered as the responsible person. So far, this has been regulated via the text with the name in order to at least have the option of filtering the requests as a superior. However, the problem here is that names are misspelled or not entered at all. In addition, you either receive all new leave requests or no information about them at all.
