Only plannable employees in dispo

In planning, all employees who are available for time recording are always displayed in the project view on the left-hand side. This is very confusing with 200 office employees who are never available for planning and 250 construction workers who are to be planned.
The quick planning of construction sites in the project view is much more efficient in the overview for individual employees. Each view has its justification, but for employee planning itself, the project view in planning is not usable for us as all employees appear on the left-hand side in the selection.
It would be good if you could set a check mark in the master data to indicate whether the employee should be displayed and taken into account in the planning or not. This would tidy up the list and you would only have the employees that you really want to plan. Filters by department and the like are then also easier to set.
