System updates take place during even-numbered weeks. It would be helpful to receive advance notice of this, including the corresponding release notes.

It would also be beneficial if the release notes not only described what has been changed, but also how to access those changes or where the corresponding settings can be found or adjusted within the system.

This would automatically reduce the number of support inquiries.
