New view for personnel time recording

In the new view of the daily calendars / employees, there are no lines at the full hours for orientation, the time blocks can only be set by feel and often have to be corrected. This was better solved in the old view.

If I want to add a working time on a day in the weekly view (bar) with "+", then the date of this clicked day should also be adopted and not that of the current day.

If I am logged in (as an employee) with my name, it should be possible for me not to have to select the employee again each time when recording the time for each working day.
