Month-end closing

There is the problem that the month-end closing locks all entry data such as photos, notes etc. for the month, so that no more corrections can be made by the site manager for this data. The month-end closing should be configurable for the recording data. This would allow each company to define itself which data can no longer be changed with the monthly closing.
