Employee to employee planning

It would be nice if we could schedule employees, in our case trainees, to other employees, in our case journeymen. As the construction sites change at very short notice, especially in customer service, or sometimes only arise during the course of the day, we can enable trainees to be assigned to specific people for their working days.
