Multiple coordinates/locations for the same construction site

We have construction sites with several structures, some of which are several kilometers apart (e.g. along a highway). As these all run under the same project number, it would be useful for us if we could store several GPS locations/structures in a project in order to navigate to them.

Note: In this context, it would also make sense for "structures/substructures" to be in a separate database from which you can select and reuse them (similar to project zones).
