Copy function for tickets (incl. sub-tickets) - 123Quality

We need the function to copy tickets (incl. sub-tickets). We often have to create documentation for clients that always has to have the same structure (e.g. a floor with the corresponding rooms). A copy function would be very useful here, as the basic structure always remains the same.
