Control of recording data

The control of entry data always refers to the person who entered it.
This is very cumbersome. If an additional allowance is recorded for an employee by the administration because the employee has forgotten to record it, this is never displayed for the employee during the check. This is because the check always refers to the person who entered it. However, I want to check the employee and not the person who entered the data.
