The site manager has the task of releasing the annual vacation plan for his up to 20 industrial employees. Each employee has already entered their vacation request for the entire year 2026 in 123erfasst and the site manager has a flood of data to process. We do not maintain leave balances for the industrial employees in 123erfasst, as I cannot maintain them bindingly. The industrial employee has a monthly vacation increase of 2.5 days, i.e. a maximum of 30 vacation days per year. To get a better overview of this, it would be nice if there were a column in the "Personnel > Requests" table in the Office view that simply only counts vacation days, i.e. without defined holidays and weekends. This would at least make it possible to extrapolate to 30 vacation days per year. It would be a relief for the site manager or team leader. This figure would also be helpful in the planning view. In the planning view, I check the column, i.e. several colleagues among themselves, to see whether they are allowed to take vacation at the same time or not.
(It happens that I use vacation during payroll accounting and then no longer correct this in 123erfasst after the data transfer).
