Individual chat groups

It should be possible to add specific employees to a chat group. In our company, all employees must be able to enter all projects. Accordingly, all employees receive the message that is entered there. So the chat function is not usable for us - unfortunately!
It would be great if we could only assign individual employees to a chat group.
