Home office as request type / absence in the dashboard

In the competitors' time management systems, a classic application type is home office or mobile working. Here, the dashboard shows that the employee is in the HO and the HO can be authorized by the supervisor. However, the request has no effect on the time account; normal clock-in and clock-out can be posted. This is currently not possible in 123. The request creates a personnel time overlap here. However, this could be implemented relatively easily. Thank you :-)
