Make GPS settings dependent on device

It would be good if the GPS settings could be defined not only by role but also by the device used. For example, the location should always be required for employees who use the cell phone, but not for employees who only use the web entry and the office. We cannot always define it permanently for a role and want to avoid creating roles twice.
