Managing Director Vacation requests

Hello,

We have managing directors in our company who do not have to log in or out. However, they should still be able to submit vacation requests. In order to be able to submit leave requests, the employees must be set to "Active" in the HR master data. This means that they are permanently displayed as "not logged in" in the dashboard.
A function so that they are not permanently displayed there but can still submit vacation requests and have a monthly calendar with only vacation and sick days would be advantageous.
