Photos: Automatically add captions to project notes.

When text is added to photos, it is only visible once the image is actively opened. As a result, important information may be lost. It would be helpful if the text accompanying the image were created directly in the notes. That way, it would also appear on (daily) reports even if no images are included in the printout.
