Forms: Create lists from the material master and use the auto-export function for the entered data

To improve clarity, we create lists of items, people, and machines on our forms. Since the master data is already available, I think it would be helpful if, for example—as with activities—we could simply assign them to the relevant element. This would also simplify the implementation of a general export function for forms. Currently, this is done via manual scripts (MWC), which is unfortunately very inflexible. After the form is validated, the form data should also be written to the normally recorded items so that the data export works even without additional scripts.
