Make the form accessible only to certain persons

Unfortunately, you can currently only set in the rules whether someone can see forms or not. However, we have, for example, fuel receipts under "Persons" and master data changes in the same way. The person who processes the fuel vouchers is not allowed to see the master data changes for data protection reasons, which is unfortunately a big problem for us.
