Individualize holidays

Public holidays can be entered either for the federal state in which the location of the element is located or for nationwide public holidays. Individual public holidays from individual federal states cannot be displayed if they are to apply specifically, e.g. if a team is currently working in the federal state. Foreign public holidays cannot be taken into account either. If our teams are traveling abroad, these public holidays must also be taken into account. We would therefore like to consider public holidays individually for the employees who are affected.
