Missing working hours of former employees in the monthly calendar

We need a complete overview of the working hours of former employees in the monthly calendar. Currently, these are no longer displayed as soon as the employee has left the company. Although the times can be viewed via the personnel times, this is complicated, incomplete and confusing.

As we have noticed errors in the time accounting, a simple and comprehensive view of the working times of former employees is urgently required. Is there a setting or option for this that we have overlooked so far? Or are there plans to adapt the software in this area?
