Color blindness

10% of the population are colorblind.
This makes it impossible for the employees concerned to distinguish, for example, whether an application for leave has been approved or rejected.
It would be very helpful if symbols were also used. I would also use symbols to address the color-blind Poles who do not speak German or English.
