Excel export report, formatting

The Excel export from the reports, especially the project evaluation, is in a format that cannot be modified. The cell format for numbers is not set correctly, which makes post-processing in Excel very difficult.

It should be possible to adjust the numbers and add up the numbers (times).

If, for example, the cell type for the hours were exported as "Time" instead of "General", this would simplify post-processing.
