Standardize recording data

The authorizations in the entry data are not uniform. If you enter data on non-element projects, e.g. photos, benefits, allowances and personnel times, you sometimes have to change the element in the Office to view and edit it. Staff times, photos and allowances are always displayed. To view benefits and notes, you have to switch to the respective element of the project. This should be standardized so that employees can always see their data without having to switch elements. If it is inconsistent, as is currently the case, it is difficult to communicate this to employees.
