Enable viewing of locked forms in the control panel

Once a form has been locked, its content can no longer be viewed in the control. It can then only be viewed in the “Form Entries” section. There, the form can be opened using the form icon, which appears when you hover the mouse over the corresponding row.

It would be helpful if this form icon were also displayed next to the forms in the control. This would allow the contents to continue to be viewed directly from the control without having to switch to the “Form Entries” section.
