Inclusion of query 3G status Corona for subcontractor data entry

Due to the corona pandemic and the 3G rule now in force, it would be enormously helpful if two additional fields were added to the NU entry. 1. name 2. note. Then you could query the 3G status there. Since the NUs are recorded as well as manpower and hours, this would be a very useful extension. Certainly for many other companies.
