Continuous synchronization between the APPS and the Office

It is very confusing for the employees that there is no synchronization between the APPs and no back-synchronization from the office to the apps.

For example, if a technician calls and has his times corrected, he does not see this in the app and is unsure whether the changes have been made. We therefore consider it absolutely essential that the APPs and the Office are synchronized throughout. This could, for example, also be an optional function that could be set in the role administration.

People also often ask whether they can log in on their cell phone and log out in the web application. As the apps are not synchronized, this is unfortunately not possible. It would also be more convenient, for example, to be able to edit photos and notes that were taken via the cell phone app in the web app. The revisions should then also be synchronized back.
