bulk edit for comments
When changing several tickets at once (bulk edit), it should also be possible to attach a standardized comment to all tickets.
Application: e.g. when extending the deadline for tickets with sub-tickets, the reason for the deadline extension can be quickly and uniformly added to all affected tickets.
