Better control of 123quality notifications

Immediate notification of those involved when a ticket is created makes sense... but what leads to many misunderstandings and resentment are the many notifications for each change! There should be an additional setting option here so that notifications of changes are also sent collectively (e.g. with the weekly overview). Thank you
