Notification for site managers

It would be important for our site managers to receive notifications when a personnel time has been checked and also after a personnel time has been checked but has been changed again and needs to be checked again.
Sometimes it happens that a personnel time has already been checked, but then a text has been added and the check is lost and the personnel time has to be checked again. This can go unnoticed with many data records, so a notification would be great!
