Assign components to construction areas and not to projects

Up to now, both the construction areas and the components have been assigned to the individual projects. This results in an almost infinitely long list in mobile data entry, as all components of the project are available for selection. Instead, it would be better to assign the components to the respective construction areas. This makes it possible for only the components belonging to the selected construction area to be available for selection. Ultimately, this change should make the list of selection options much clearer, which will make mobile data entry easier to use.
