Our customer actively uses 123erfasst for time recording and for the construction diary, including the documentation of equipment performance. While the construction areas function enables precise allocation for employee time recording, this option is unfortunately missing for recording equipment services in the construction diary.
It would be desirable to be able to select construction areas when recording equipment services in the construction diary as well.
Why is this adjustment a fundamental improvement?
Consistency and traceability:
The ability to specify construction areas for device services as well would increase consistency in the documentation. It would then be uniformly traceable which resources (working hours and equipment) were used in which area of the project.
Relevance for the entire target group:
The construction areas are a central feature of 123erfasst. The ability to also link equipment services to this is not an individual requirement, but a fundamental enhancement that will benefit many companies in the construction industry - especially for more complex projects.
The implementation of this functionality would be a logical further development of the construction areas and would further strengthen 123erfasst in its flexibility and applicability. We would therefore strongly encourage you to prioritize this function.
