Applications (vacation) automatically checked+blocked

How can we ensure that approved requests (vacation) are automatically transferred to the system as checked and blocked? It is illogical for approved requests
to additionally check and block via the control. Background: Unblocked vacation is overwritten/deleted by a planning if the incorrect conflict handling
(which we cannot rule out) is selected. Alternatively, "Fixed" could also be selected. However, this field does not exist in the request, but only in the absence.
