Be able to create applications individually

Hello,

I think it would be great if we could expand the "Requests" feature or even customize it ourselves.

We’d like to be able to add requests for supplies, tools, or work clothes to the dashboard. The “Requests” feature would be great for this, since it pops up right away and can be edited.
