Change history for monthly calendars

It would be great if a detailed list could be called up in the monthly calendars, showing which entry has been changed or why it was created.
This would also make it possible to see whether an entry was created by the rules or by manual entry. Furthermore, it should be possible to see exactly who changed what and when, without always having to go to the raw data (entry data).
