Absences by Role Management

It would be helpful if absences could be assigned to specific roles.

Since employees aren’t paid by the hour, it would be helpful if

you, for example, could select different types of absences in the app than our blue-collar employees can. Currently, this isn’t possible, and it confuses our blue-collar employees when they see absences listed there that are intended only for office staff.
