Absences

The absence types have so far only been standardized. This means that absences of the type "Other", e.g. "Weather-related absence", posted for wage evaluation cannot be clearly identified from other absence types that also fall under "Other".
If we instruct our foremen not to enter "absence due to bad weather" via absences, but in time recording under activities (we can create activities manually), this is unfortunately not shown accordingly in the monthly personnel report. Can this be changed?
